my refund if I'm not satisfied?
A. To
claim your full 100% refund, simply contact
us, within 90 days of ordering, asking for the refund and including
your name, e-mail address and ClickBank, PayPal or AlertPay order number.
If you don't have the ClickBank, PayPal or AlertPay order
number anymore, just send us a message containing your name, address,
e-mail address and the approximate date when you ordered the ebook / software. We'll
get working on having your money repaid in full to your credit-card / online checking
account right away.
You're not obliged to tell us
why you want a refund, but your comments and criticisms are always
welcome.

Q. Do I have to
give the ebook / software back if I claim a refund?
A.
No. You are free to keep the ebook / software with our compliments. We're able to
offer this level of guarantee because the vast majority of our customers
are honest people who will not seek a refund if they are happy with their
purchase.
In the future, you may see the note that "E-books / softwares receiving a refund will be disabled (become
inoperative)." Ignore it - we originally were going to do this but decided to compile
the ebooks using different software. We may institute this using the aforementioned software.

delivered?

been authorized (which typically takes a few seconds), you will be
redirected to a private web page where the ebook / software is ready for immediate

Q. What are
the computer requirements for using the e-book?
A. For the
moment, these e-books are compatible with
Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME & NT. You need to have Internet Explorer 4 or
higher installed on your PC (it doesn't need to be your default browser,
it just needs to be installed). Some are also in "pdf" format for MAC and Unix users.
We hope to publish a
version for Mac & Unix users (pdf documents) in the near future.
In the meantime, each sales page and download page contains a link to download
"Stuffit Expander" for MAC users.

Q. Do you have after-sales support?

Yes. If you have any difficulty at all downloading or using the
ebooks / software, simply contact support@wbdoyle.com. You may also use our Support Ticket system. We will help
you out or the contact information listed in each ebook. In the event that you discover that the ebook / software is not compatible
with your computer system, we will issue you a full
refund.

Q. Who exactly is the author, William B. Doyle?
A. Mr. William B. Doyle, who served over 20 years in the U.S. Navy,
personally trained over 1,000 military personnel, family members & DOD civilians as an
Anti-Terrorism Training Officer. He also has experience as a Naval Law Enforcement,
Physical Security and Force Protection Officer. Mr. Doyle is currently serving as the
"Civilian Misconduct Officer / Misconduct Community Services Coordinator" for Area II Support
Activity, Yongsan Garrison, Seoul, Korea. He is the author of the "HARD TARGET"
ebook series and numerous other works found at this site.

A. William B. Doyle was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Harrison, Ohio for the
6th grade, graduating from William Henry Harrison High School in May 1979. He spent the next 20+ years
in the United States Navy.
He is now living in Inchon, Republic of Korea, with his soulmate/wife, Sam Soon Chang, 20 year old neice,
18 year old nephew, 4 football-sized dogs and the forest his wife calls a garden.
